Returns - Item's purchased via our e-boutique or preorder at full price are eligible for a refund. Please email us for an approval number, firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note there are no exchanges available on sale Items and underwear (due to health regulations).
Once you have been given an email approval for a refund, please return your item to-

(Please only return to our PO Box not our showroom address for security reasons). The showroom address does not have a mail collection. If you do require an address other than our PO Box (for example you are sending via courier) please email us so we can advise an alternative street address.
You will be responsible for any returns postage charge and all returned (non-faulty) goods must be in their original packaging, with the relevant swing tags attached and in excellent re-saleable condition. Damaged soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded, nor will any postage costs incurred by returning the item(s) to us, unless the item(s) are faulty.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
USA RETURNS -please note the cost to return items from the USA to Australia can be quite expensive. We do recommend you contact us if you have any style or size enquiries to avoid requiring a exchange.
If you require an exchange please include a pre-paid stamped self addressed post pack or satchel. Otherwise a member of our team will contact you regarding the new freight charge.
Faulty Items -
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is faulty please contact us immediately.
All goods will be inspected on return. If If the item(s) have a minor problem we will repair it and return it to you, alternatively a replacement of refund will be processed.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
